For example, the verticality measurement of the rotary drilling rig mast and the need to adjust the overall posture of the mechanical equipment before the drilling rig starts working, in order to achieve a horizontal state; Angle measurement is required for the lifting angle of the crane boom and the control of the excavation depth of the excavator.

The SIS428 series tilt sensor replaces position sensors for more accurate measurement of absolute displacement. Install the sensor directly on the beam and obtain a linear output with displacement based on the inclination angle of the beam. By combining the measured stroke of the oil well, accurate displacement can be obtained. This lays a solid foundation for pump efficiency calculation and dynamometer measurement.

Due to the advanced anti vibration technology adopted by the sensing unit, the problem of large data changes in the tilt sensor under vibration environment has been solved. The module is insensitive to vibration and can withstand impacts higher than 1000g.
