Product Introduction

The HEC850 magnetic continuous inclinometer uses high-quality accelerometers and magnetic sensors as its core components to collect the three-dimensional components of the Earth's gravity field and magnetic field, perform real-time calculations underground, and continuously and accurately measure the wellbore trajectory in three-dimensional space. The system adopts an attitude calculation method based on aerospace inertial navigation technology, which ensures the accuracy and reliability of the system through advanced software verification and compensation.

HEC850/HEC850HT can perform high-precision logging and measurement of roll, pitch, and azimuth angles during the drilling process. eight hundred and fifty

The operating temperature of the product in drilling logging and drilling applications reaches 150 ° C, and the working temperature of the 850HT product is increased to 175 ° C. Because of their small size, they are particularly suitable for use in continuous tubing drilling and completion systems. Through advanced temperature compensation algorithms, HEC850 can output high-precision angle values across the entire temperature range.

The 850 system has two sub models, numbered 850 and 850WL. The 850WL system is used together with one cable. It has a built-in modem, allowing data output to be achieved through a single wire (grounded) cable. In other aspects, 850 and 850WL are exactly the same. Both 850 and 850WL are powered by a single input voltage ranging from 11V to 30V.

The HEC 850/850HT system includes a three-axis flux gate magnetometer and a three-axis accelerometer. The binding of the two determines the roll, pitch, and azimuth angles of the HEC 850/850HT coordinate system. Roll and pitch are calculated from the output values of the accelerometer sensor. The output value of the magnetometer sensor is used to calculate the azimuth angle of the system.

The HEC 850/850HT system can transmit both the temperature of the equipment and the output of the magnetometer and accelerometer, or the system positioning angle. The maximum transmission rate of the HEC 850/850HT system is 8 times/second for the output of the magnetometer and accelerometer, and 4 times/second for the positioning angle.

The HEC 850/850HT system uses high-performance magnetic field sensors and accelerometer sensors. In order to maintain high accuracy throughout the entire temperature range, the system has temperature compensation. This enables the system to achieve roll and pitch accuracy of ± 0.1 ° and azimuth accuracy of ± 0.3 ° across the entire temperature range.

The HEC 850/850HT system communicates with the outside world through a bidirectional TTL serial interface. The serial input and output lines operate at the TTL/CMOS level, typically set to operate at 9600 baud, with an end bit (stop bit) and no parity bit (check bit). Users can change the baud rate by setting the bits in the system EEROM.

The following two communication protocols are available:

1)ASCII

2) Binary

The ASCII protocol is based on sending ASCII characters to 850 to obtain data. The data returned by 850 is transmitted as an ASCII data stream along with carriage returns and line breaks, making it easy to display on video terminals (users need to provide a TTL to RS232 adapter). Binary protocols are used for computer exchange in high-speed computers. In this case, send a one byte request data.

HEC 850/850HT responds with multi byte data packets, including required data for checksum and header.
