Specific Implementation Measures for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Huilian Technology
1. Personnel from various departments are on their way to and from work
Wear disposable medical masks correctly. Try not to take public transportation as much as possible. It is recommended to walk, ride, or take private cars or shuttle buses to work. If it is necessary to take public transportation, it is essential to wear a mask throughout the entire journey. After returning home, personnel from each department should first wash their hands and disinfect their masks. Wipe your phone and keys with disinfectant wipes or 75% alcohol. Maintain ventilation and cleanliness in the living room, and avoid gatherings with multiple people.
2. Personnel from various departments enter the park
Before entering the park, please consciously go to the temperature measurement area to undergo temperature testing. Only when your temperature is normal can you enter the company and wash your hands in the bathroom. If the body temperature exceeds 37.3 ℃, please do not enter the company for work and go home to observe and rest. If necessary, seek medical attention at the hospital.
3. Employees enter the office to work
Keep the office environment clean, it is recommended to ventilate three times a day for 20-30 minutes each time, and pay attention to keeping warm during ventilation. Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter between people and wear masks when working with multiple people. Maintain frequent hand washing, drink plenty of water, and strictly wash hands according to the six step method before eating and after using the restroom. Both parties should wear masks when receiving external personnel. It is recommended to engage in appropriate and moderate activities during work to ensure good physical condition. Avoid excessive exercise, which can lead to a decrease in the body's immune system. The lobby, corridor, meeting room, staircase, toilet and other public parts must be disinfected every day, and spray disinfection shall be used as far as possible.
4. Participate in conference work
It is recommended to wear a mask and wash and disinfect hands before entering the conference room. The meeting personnel are spaced at least 1 meter apart. Reduce centralized meetings, control meeting time, and open windows for ventilation once when the meeting time is too long. After the meeting, the venue and furniture must be disinfected. It is recommended to soak tea utensils in boiling water for disinfection.
5. Disposal of discarded masks
During the epidemic prevention period, do good hand hygiene before and after removing masks, put discarded masks in the trash can, and disinfect the trash can twice a day with 75% alcohol or chlorine containing disinfectant.
